Hikes in the Salzburg mountains are as varied as they are extensive. The Pinzgauer Grasberge mountains and the rugged Kitzbühel Alps at the foot of Saalbach-Hinterglemm are criss-crossed by over 400 km of hiking trails. If that's not enough, you can explore the Zell am See-Kaprun region and conquer the Schmittenhöhe, the Hundstein or the Kitzsteinhorn mountains!
And whether it's a leisurely hike to an alpine hut, a themed hiking trail or a summit tour – hiking and mountaineering in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and the Zell am See-Kaprun regions offer some stunning routes for pleasure-seekers, families and true mountain enthusiasts!
Hiking to the farm’s own alpine farming area!
Would you like to take a trip to our alpine farming area with us? Our cows spend the summer there and graze on the lushest grass and herbs. You can hike up on foot, or we’ll take you up by car; on a good day the panoramic view extends as far as to the Kitzsteinhorn mountain.
